Hello, I’m Janet, owner of Right Check, LLC.
With over 25 years of experience in education—first as a teacher and then as a school counselor for 21 years—I’ve built my career around helping people, listening carefully, and providing thoughtful guidance. Earlier in my professional journey, I also gained valuable experience working in business settings and with New York City’s Emergency Medical Service. While working full-time, I earned my master’s degree in counseling—an experience that shaped my strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
My path eventually led me to the HVAC industry, where I discovered a new passion. I’ve embraced this field and the opportunity it provides to support HVAC contractors, builders, and architects across the United States with accurate, reliable load calculations and professional duct design services for both residential and light commercial projects.
At Right Check, I am committed to delivering exceptional customer service, clear communication, and attention to detail. I understand the importance of precision in HVAC design and how it directly impacts system performance, efficiency, code compliance, and overall project success. Outside of work, I am a proud parent of two wonderful children and an active supporter of charitable organizations, including animal rescues, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Relay for Life, and the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
