Right Check, LLC, the HVAC Design Experts in Virginia, designed a Manual D-compliant HVAC duct system for a residential project, Example Home, focusing on efficient airflow, pressure balance, and code compliance. Using Right-Suite® Universal 2025, the team developed a full duct layout with precise room-by-room CFM distribution.

Key zones included 192 CFM (Living Room), 167 CFM (Master Bedroom), and 160 CFM (Kitchen), with other areas balanced between 72–130 CFM. This design incorporates return air grilles in multiple rooms to allow for optimised air circulation.

Deliverables included a PDF schematic, configuration files, and system-ready drawings, enabling seamless contractor execution with full Manual D compliance
